This game might look just a little familiar if you visit arcades in the past. Few days back, Bandai Namco announced their upcoming mobile game, Kingdom: Seven Flags  is actually based on the Kingdom Manga/Anime about china warring states period, where a raging dragon would raze the land for 500 years, with kingdom rising and falls, eventually seven states emerged from the warfare. The manga was released on May 19th 2006.

Now, I did say that it resembles a certain game! Yes! it does look like Sega’s Sangokushi Taisen if you visit the arcades often,  except that there’s no physical card involved in the gameplay.

I remember the time when we used to exchange our $10 notes for stack of arcade tokens just to have a jolly good time with our friends in Time Zone or X Zone, for that matter.

If you grew up in the era where we had to ‘Tong’ 2 coins for arcade games, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Sega’s Sangokushi Taisen, the epic collectable arcade trading card game got everyone crazy about collectable arcade card games back in the early 2000s.

Now heres a little peek into what the game looks like:

For the folks out there wanting to reminiscence the hundreds of hours (and hundreds of tokens) spent in the arcade, here’s the good news -There is a pre-registration page where you can register for the game.

And here’s the slightly unfortunate news – The game is currently only available in japanese. There isn’t any news of english version yet, but rest assured – We all know that Bandai wants the market share for you english speaking people out there.

We’ll definitely want to keep you updated on this game so be sure to check back this page. You can also head over to our Facebook Page where we’ll keep you updated on the juiciest & freshest gaming mobile gaming news.
